At Dharohar The Heritage, we provide user friendly shipping policy. From placing order to reaching its destination, the buyer’s interest regarding his/her ordered item is very well taken care of.

Online tracking facility, on the panel of the concerned courier company, is provided to the buyer to check the status of his/her ordered item.

On placing the order, you will receive an email stating the name of the courier company and the tracking number of your consignment in your registered email id.

In case you do not receive a mail from us within 24hrs of placing an order please check your spam folder.

Tracking may not appear online for up to another 24 hours in some cases, so please wait until your package is scanned by the courier company.

Please provide your mobile number in the delivery address as it will help in making a faster delivery. We are committed to provide the ordered item to the buyer in fully functional and good condition.

Each order we receive will be processed within 48 hours. We have partnered with registered courier and logistics partners to assure you the delivery of your ordered item on time and safely. In general, the delivery timeframe is 3-7 days.

Specifically, the delivery time depends upon availability of the product at the merchant, address where the order needs to be delivered and courier issues and other circumstances that might effect delivery. You always have a choice to cancel your order due to shipment delay by contacting us at Customer support.
