Return Policy
At Dharohar The Heritage, client satisfaction is the core criterion for every policy formulation. We value the money of our esteemed clients. We must provide them, with what they have ordered.
In case, the received product does not match with the specifications ordered by you i.e. wrong size, wrong color, wrong quantity, defective, damaged or if the received parcel is empty or any item is missing Or Significantly different from the description given by the merchant, your interest is protected.
Dharohar The Heritage offers a return or replacement guarantee, as the case may be, for all such items, subject to terms & conditions. In such cases, the buyer has to report to us within 2 days of receiving the order. Here, the most important is that while opening the parcel/courier of your ordered item, please make the video.
However, for some products, the sale is final, and the merchant does not accept any returns. Perishable items, healthcare items, edible items, customized items, and items like undergarments, etc. cannot be returned due to the nature of these items and health & hygiene reasons.
In addition to this, we will also not be able to accept the return if the product is used, worn, or altered, exhibits physical damage to the box or the product, is returned without original packaging and accessories, and the Serial Number is tampered with.
Please Note: To substantiate your return or replacement claim, you must share the video of opening the parcel and images of the product, which shows the product's flaws that make you want to return or exchange the product.
